Is baggage included in my reservation?

You have the option of directly filtering flights with checked baggage included, or for the price to be displayed with the price of checked baggage to pay, at the time of the search.

For some companies and certain routes, luggage is automatically included in the ticket. In most cases, however, this is a supplement.

What about cabin baggage?

It depends on your fare, not on the type of airline. A growing number of tickets, including on full-service airlines like Air France and Lufthansa, come with "Basic" fares that only include a small personal item such as a handbag or a laptop bag, and charge extra for a proper cabin bag.

The rule of thumb: check what your fare includes at the time of booking rather than assuming. The details appear on the flight before you pay.
