I can no longer travel, how can I cancel my reservation?

We are really sorry you had to cancel your trip!

The majority of flights booked on Ulysse are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you can no longer travel, and you want to cancel your reservation and get a refund, this is only possible if you are covered by insurance, and you meet all the specific criteria required.

If you are not covered by insurance, or if the reason for your cancellation is not accepted, you can still benefit, most often, from the reimbursement of airport taxes (around 5% of the amount of your ticket). We invite you to contact us so that we can help you in your process. Be aware that any procedure is very long, and that it generally takes several months to obtain a refund, even partial.
