My gift card code does not work

If your card does not activate, try to check the following first:

-Has the code been correctly rewritten on the site? Sometimes our travelers confuse a letter with a number, for example an uppercase o with a 0 or a 1 with an uppercase i.

-Make sure that the funds in the card are not completely used up. Indeed, if you have gone on vacation several times using your card, it may be completely empty. We are in the process of developing an in-house system to let you know in real time how much is left on your card (a little patience for the most curious among you).
