I didn't receive my e-ticket, what can I do?

We always try, whenever possible, to send you your e-ticket within an hour of purchase.
However, sometimes, some companies may be late in sending us the booking confirmation, which may explain a delay in sending it. Some of our partners take quite a while before they can provide us with booking confirmations, and we have to wait for that to provide you with your e-ticket. We monitor these cases of "complex" bookings very closely and closely monitor the booking progress.
