How do I check-in online?
We are constantly looking to simplify your trip, so we ensure to do your online check-in for you, whenever possible.
Unfortunately, with the coronavirus, we have to suspend this service and hope to be able to resume as soon as possible!
Indeed, in more than half of the cases, airlines allow online check-in, this is notably the case for Air France online check-in, EasyJet online check-in, Transavia online check-in, or Ryanair online check-in.
If online check-in is available:
When online check-in is available, we will take care of it. You will then receive your boarding pass by email, at least 12 hours before your flight's departure. It will also be available on your My Travel space.
However, online check-in is not always available, especially when travel documents are checked (passport and/or potential visas), or simply if the airline does not offer it on your flight.
If it is not available:
In case online check-in is not available, no worries, we will notify you by email no later than 12 hours before departure. You will then have to go to the airline's counter at the airport to check in with an agent or an automatic kiosk if present. Remember to arrive 2 to 3 hours in advance to have time to manage everything on the spot without running around!
